Why should I choose Endeavour Valuations?
Valuing a business is a specialist area requiring technical financial analytical skills as well as broader business assessment capabilities.
Frequently business valuations are undertaken at times of conflict or where the Tax Office may review and potentially challenge the valuation. You need a valuer who can prepare a business valuation that withstands the challenges that may be raised.

Why can’t my accountant do the valuation?

How much will it cost?
The cost of the valuation is dependent on the type of valuation, the size and nature of the business and complexity of corporate structure.
We can provide either a fixed price valuation quote for a single small entity or estimate of range for larger and/or more complex valuations. We strive to provide clarity of cost before the valuation commences.
Like other professional services, such as legal or accounting services, the price of a business valuation services should always be one consideration in selecting the professional. The total cost of a non-complying or deficient business valuation frequently far outweighs the cost of a professional valuation.
Will you do fixed price business valuations?
Yes, Endeavour Valuations will provide a fixed price quote for a single small entity or estimate of range for larger and/or more complex valuations.
You will find that our pricing is competitive as we have invested in systems to streamline the process and ensure high quality.
In order for us to prepare a fixed price quote, we will need to have a general overview of the business, its size and profitability and the corporate structure. We also need the support from the client to provide timely and complete information.
What information will be needed to conduct a valuation?
We will provide you with a generic information requests, which may be followed up with additional information for your specific business and circumstances.
Typical information includes
Business – overview of and history of the business, business plans,
Financial – 3 years of accounts and income tax returns, recent BAS statements, year to date management accounts, budgets and forecasts
Legal – major contracts such as leases, franchise agreements, distribution agreements,
Corporate – constitution, shareholders agreements
The better the quality of information and completeness of answers, the cost and time to complete the valuation is reduced.
How long will it take?
We understand that you probably would like the valuation as soon as possible and we will work with you to achieve this.
The key timing issues are receipt of timely, accurate and complete information and the complexity of the valuation.
For a straight forward valuation, we can turn it around in 5-7 business days after receipt of all information, including any subsequent requests.
